The name is fitting, because SpyToy really is in many ways more of a toy than an out and out game. Some very interesting features make it worth messing around with, and the most interesting of those are to be found in the game’s Surveillance mode. You can program the machine to recognise your face using its Face Tracking technology. And you can set the device up to remain dormant until it detects some motion – so for instance you could set it up in your bedroom, and it anyone goes in it will start recording them silently, or, if you prefer, play a recorded video message to make your displeasure known.
