I have to admit that trying to buy items from portagadgets was the worst possible shopping experience ever for me. Their website wasn't working correctly to put through my order using their advertised deal, and the customer support that i received was completely useless, and was just wasting my time.
I didn't get the answers to my questions, they seem to just simply ignore what I was saying to them in the email, and then just closed the ticket without even resolving the issue.
Overall, if things go wrong during your order, you will not receive any useful support, and will not have your problems/difficulties/issues resolved.
