The first time I bought a product from DealsDirect it arrived punctually. However, my most recent experience has been a warning. They claim they will despatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment, but the item that I ordered has not been sent over a week later. Their customer service is appaling. They have no telephone contact and they have not responded to my emails.
