I ordered 2x Logitech Harmony universal remotes 4 days ago. They weren't the cheapest I found, but the site claimed they were "In stock" and would be shipped within one business day, which was inmportant to me. Not having heard anything 4 days after my credit card was charged, I contacted support and was told the items were being "drop shipped by their supplier" (ie not in stock at all) and I might expect delivery "in the next coming days". When I asked what that meant, I was told "2~4 days" (ie "we have no idea"). I would have asked more, but at that point heir online help system locked up, and I gave up in disgust. Their "shipping tracking system" is non-existent in my case. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've had buying off the net. I will NEVER deal with these lying bastards again.
