It has come to my attention that when purchasing from bestbargains.com.au "EBS International pty ltd"
that they offer what seem great PRE-SALE deals. Which dont get me wrong, can be great.

IF you are willing to receive your product at a time when you do not expect it!

I have purchased 2 pre-sale items through their site only to have the dispatch date changed
WITHOUT informing me of this 3 times.......

So, be careful if you are ordering something for birthdays etc, chances are you wont get it
when you expect it.

Their customer support are of little help. I have referred my matter to the ombudsman.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANYWAY OR ANYONE TO CONTACT IN PERSON ABOUT THIS MATTER. THEY ALSO DONT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS I HAVE SENT.
