Right.
I ordered a number of items on the 1st of April.
Most arrived promptly and are what I ordered and of a high quality.
One of the items, a set of drums has still not arrived after nearly 4 weeks! This in itself isn't a big issue..

Where the problem arises, is that it is not possible to contact these people! I have sent 4 or 5 e-mails and have recieved no response. The fax number they give is not connected!
The e-mail works as they aren't bouncing back. This means that they are ignoring it - so no points for customer service!

I would have liked to shop from them again, but wont be even considering it until my drum set arrives or I get some contact from them.!

Just reading up on what I can do to get my money back!

i have sam prblem with them, no response, no paid item after one month ;(

damaged goods arrived. very diificult to contact the customer support. promised replacement ages ago. not seen didley.

check out their ebay site ebusiness supplies, 370 negatives in the last month and climbing rapidly. They are folding, they have taken PRE orders to get your money and the time needed to spend it, but didnt actually ever plan to buy and or supply the goods to you. Get the fraud squad onto them ASAP
