I own a Blockbuster video store. I found the Barcoder website via a Google search. I phoned them and asked for advice about the best scanner for our application and environment and was given very helpful and knowledgeable advice on the Symbol LS2208 as opposed to the cheaper CCD scanner that I was considering. I placed the order and the scanner was delivered the next day, together with a very easy to use set-up sheet that enabled me to install the scanner straight away and have it working in less than a minute. I have now ordered more of these excellent scanners from Barcoder. They not only have a HUGE range of products on their website, but I found that they are extremely knowledgeable about ALL the products that they sell - I have had a MUCH LESS PLEASANT experience with most other web-based retailers.
