Not bad for a new business. The response time for my taken order was pretty quick, though they found out that they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock. I asked them when they were going to get more in and they said they might get more in a week, so I waited on that. When it didn't come in, they gave me a full refund immediately. The customer service is excellent.
