I have purchased a couple of items from this site. The first one was a dvd personal recorder for my grandaughters birthday. I left my run a bit late but when I rang Customer Support they outdid themselves and got the dvd to me in 2 days in time for her birthday. The other item I purchased was a camera which I took on holidays. Unfortunate it was faulty and the lenze jammed. I contacted OO when I returned and sent the camera back at their expense and was given a full refund. I can highly recommend there service and support.
