The service is just below my expectations.
+ Shipping rates were too expensive: $18 for a small parcel to Melbourne Metro.
+ I was expected receiving the item BY TODAY as I had ordered four days before. However, they sent me an email today saying that the item has JUST been dispatched. What's the shame?
+ They sent me a tracking number without a website of the courier company they used. So how could I track my item?
