False Advertising

I went on their website and purchased a motherboard that said they had 5+ in stock. A week later it didnt arrive so i called and i was told they had no stock at the price they had advertised. They told me that if i still really wanted the product i would have to pay extra, no sorry's or apologies like it was a normal occurrence.
Needless to say i have asked for a refund and will see if they can do that right, or maybe they will try to Scam me on that as well.
