Found the system relatively straightforward to use, particularly as a first-time glasses wearer! Clearly directed where to enter what details for lenses etc, which is very important.
Being able to easily browse through glasses and view different colours was useful.
MY ORDER
Upon ordering, I was told that my glasses were available but apparently there was a delay receiving the frames for the designer's warehouse, and was understandably told that this was beyond their control. I received one email about this delay but then no correspondence for a number of days, so had to contact the organisation. When I contacted the organisation I was then kept up to date by a customer service agent who was friendly and very responsive - Greta (thanks for your help Greta!).
I eventually got my glasses and am very happy with the product.
