Extremely slow shipping, useless customer service, very expensive for an online store.

My first dStore order - fine.

My second dStore order - item showing in stock, two weeks later, still hadn't shipped. I was told by customer service the item wasn't really in stock, the website was just lying to me.

My third dStore order - paid using a gift voucher, but had to cancel the order. They then refused to refund my gift voucher. Customer care was no help at all. I didn't mind having to wait for 3+ weeks for delivery (the first item), or the fact that dStore is so incredibly expensive (just do a price comparison online), thinking I was getting good customer service in return. Turns out I don't even get that! I definitely won't be shopping with them again. Dealsdirect.com.au and oo.com.au (just to name a few) are cheaper, quicker to ship, and easier to deal with.
