Delivered product out of date

Delivered product Navigat8r M43 GPS unit have 12 months old maps and software. The advertisment said "latest Australian maps" which was false information but it impacted my decision of buying it.
This unit was manufactured on 23 of March 2007 but was sold as "NEW". Again, over two years old items can not be advertised as NEW. If you say unpacked this will be a true statement but new is a false statement.
Overall - this is my second purchase from ShoppingSquere and second time I received rubbish not worth the money I spend. I had already ask for legal advice and may have possible claim against you, until you replace this with proper unit. The delivered GPS unit has less then 5% accuracy which again is not ever near the acceptable accuracy for GPS units. The tests were carried in low density city areas of ACT with the green icon indicating a very good signal all these times. The tests were carried on 12 different roots and all had less then 5% accuracy.
