Ordered a J1045 washer Thursday morning, had a call later that morning telling me they couldn't get the product to me until the following Wednesday as I lived in WA and it needed to be shipped here. Got another call on the Tuesday telling me the machine would arrive the next day. Received a phone call the next afternoon from the delivery guy and he delivered the washer 10 minutes later. I didn't read the conditions so I thought he was going to install my new machine and take my old one away for me, but I later found out that's only for NSW customers. Received the invoice in the mail the same day. Love the new washer so far, it's very quiet.
