Good result

This website is an enigma. I put in my order details along with my credit card information and it all seemed to go into a black hole. No e-mail or web confirmation of the order -- zilch, nada, nothing. There was no contact information on the website either. Luckily, contact information is listed on the myshopping.com website. I called the number several times with no luck. Finally I got through to a nice woman who seemed more than a little frazzled. She said she would call me back, but didn't. A week later my webcam arrived from a company which had a different title to the website! However, the product was exactly what I wanted: a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 ( which retails at Dick Smiths for $200.) I paid $85 + $15 shipping + $2 credit card surcharge. The website and customer service are a joke, but at the end of the day they delivered the goods at half the retail price. Not sure how they do it but I'm too chuffed at the deal to complain about the service.
