Great service, stock availability outdated

I ordered an item that was out of stock that would have to be back-ordered. I received an email in short order informing me that the item was out of stock with the supplier, and that they had no way of ordering me a replacement. I cancelled my order and within minutes my cancellation was acknowledged by email and my credit card was not charged.

The service was prompt and reliable, but they shouldn't be advertising products they have no way of getting in stock. Also their freight charges were at minimum double the competition; bear this in mind if you find a slightly cheaper item here.
