Completely disappointed

Have ordered a motherboard set to build a personal/work PC (ASUS rampage ii extreme, i7 920, powercolor 4870, corsair dominator 3x2GB, V8 Cooler). I was offered a free assembly. Reckoning it will be properly built, I said go ahead.

After a week, I received a package with very dodgy assembly. The Video Card was set next to sound card, the cooler was installed wrongly with wrong air flow direction. Worse was they cannot install the speed controller for the cooler. It was left in one of the hole and taped using small duct tape. Cabling was not done properly, only zipped tied was used.

There are several item missing from the package. The DVI to HDMI converter, part of the Video card was not sent. And when I asked them, the reply was very shocking:

You would need to purchase those items separately, they don't come in the package.

Finally I got the package after I push to pick it by myself in the airport.
This long weekend I expect to prepare the computer.

Thanks for sending it. but there are few thing I want to ask:

1. The Power Color ATI Radeon PCIE 4870 1GB D5 2DH,
Can you please send me the complete package, I reckon there are several item needed, especially DVI to HDMI converter. I am using my LCD HDTV, and I cannot connect this computer to it. Based on this website

There are few missing item including the CD and manual.

Please, I really need those items to complete the installation.

2. Minor but necessary, the "Cable Tidy" included in Cosmos Case, would you please send it to me, there are 8 of them. I am arranging the cable inside the case again.
There are few mistakes in installing this computer, I am redoing again. I will send some pictures point out the mistakes so can be used for your technician reference later on, especially in installing extension cards.

Also, Anything I might have forgotten that should be included in each item box, would you please include them. This is for my future reference, I am using this computer to do my engineering job also.

That's all so far, apology for the inconvenience, but the items are crucial for me, and I believe skycomp can support my needs, and in return I am willing to share my technical advises.

I wished at that time I didn't accept their offer of "assembling" the set. Not too sure what other stuff have went wrong.

So far I am using this machine with stock setting, overclocking might render some issue (XMS mode causing halt).
