Over a month later and still no order. The item was displayed on their website as "in stock" and still displayed as (in stock)I have rang them 5 times now every time with a promise that someone (Reece) will get back to me but to no avail. The second to last time I rang them (still surprised they even answered the phone)I was told my item was there in his hands and would be posted right away. Now another week and a half gone and still nothing. Now they are not answering phones. They have my money and I dont have myI order, very poor business. BE VAERY CAREFUL WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH CHEAPBARGAINS.COM.AU

Hi,

He did get his order, there was a mix up with the delivery people, i offered him a refund numerous times, considering he was so unhappy, he refused, saying he wanted his item, his item was then sent again and as far as i know he has now received the order as he has not contacted me back.

If i am unable to answer the phone, it is usually because i am labeling items to ship out. If you call me and i am unable to answer, leave a message, i cannot contact anyone back if they call and hang up. Or you could even email, which is even easier for me, and 95% of enquiries are answered within a couple of hours.

Out of the hundreds of orders i receive a week, for one order out of that month to have a problem, i would still think is pretty good.

Please dont hesitate to use our services as we do the best we can to help everyone.

I'm having the same problem with these guys. I've ordered a Samsung Plasma TV and I am not getting any tracking notification in my emails as I have requested. Secondly my online order is still pending. It is very difficult to get in touch, get a call back or an email from them. I hope the TV will be delivered this Tuesday-Wednesday as they promised otherwise I will have to take it further action.
