very poor after sales service

very poor after sales service indeed. it is now weeks since i have tried to return a defective product.
they have an insane return procedure whereby you have to
1) complete a request for return authorization form and send it to the supplier
2) the supplier then gives you the RRA number (this took two weeks)
3) then when you quote that number to deals direct and they give you the necessary postage information
the supplier held this up for weeks and deals direct did NOTHING to support me. i simply will not deal with them again. trying to frustrate customers with this bureaucracy is just under handed.
let the buyer beware!
