Really impressed!
Got 2 leather look storage stools (these are my 3rd and 4th storage stool purchase, the first 2 are for my place and got these for my parents), one of them has a pushed-in corner obviously a factory fault, spoke to someone at DD's online chat customer support, they sent me a reply paid sticker straight away, which I stuck onto the parcel and sent it back. The return happened on friday, and by Tuesday the following week I received my replacement product.
Very fast response and great customer service!
