Hello,

I got your confirmation of shipment via email (pn76@gmx.net) but I didn't get the delivery. I contacted you twice (this is the 3rd time) by replying to the email which has been sent but no luck.

You were saying Tracking No. is POST-13492-60274238 but I cannot find anything using this number.

Would you mind to investigate?
