looks like cheating is their everyday practice:
- they asked me to pay for item they didn't have
- then offered me another item with less functions(e.g. without PIP) for price even higher as their competitors
- it last one week(!) till I got my money back
- web site showed this model LA32B550 as available even after order cancellation
