This store sets the type of example that all stores should. I could write something about Techsick's customer service everyday and still not cover all of the things they do for their customers. Just for example: when one of their items was running behind they gave discount coupons and free items for the inconvenience, even though it was not their fault, they still tried their very best to keep all of the customers they have happy. Ocassionaly they get very busy and can not get to their emails, but this is very understandable and is in no way intentional. They have taken time to answer questions that really had nothing to do with them. They are very polite and I can only think of one time when I had a small issue and it was resolved immediately. These people go that extra mile to do what is right for the customer and hopefully they will keep up the good work as they always have. I very much look foward to dealing with Techsick again.
