Customer supports is the worst aspect of this company. They took several days to reply to my support tickets and when they did the replies were vague and useless. I requested my item to be sent to a specific address, after I have made the order - the product hadn't been dispatched - but even though I asked them to they ended up sending my order to other address - and the customer support people had the courage of lying to me saying it had been sent to the requested address. Well, the order tracking status doesn't lie - the product is on route somewhere else.

No phone contact details - won't buy from this company anymore.
