lower than terrible

i ordered four items, 2 were faulty (call it bad luck). they accepted the items were faulty, one item i got the refund for it (you think 3-5 days as they claim? NO a month later after i chased the refund by emails and phone calls) the second item i got the credit for it. i use the credit to purchase other another item but guess what because of my "bad luck" as they claim, the item was delivered to wrong address, i was treated like a fool by their customer service.... and if it wasn't for the honesty of the people that received the wrong delivery i would have lost the money too,,, eventually i contacted customer service to complain and guess what all what i need is an apology but they hag up on me....
