Wonderful service!

Being a university student, I'm not particularly loaded with money. When I needed a camera, I searched around like mad for something decent, and well priced. I then, saw Citiwide Online selling a Panasonic Lumix, $200 cheaper than in-stores, so I decided to buy it.

Initially, I was a bit skeptic, because judging from the design of the website, you'd think the place was run by three-year olds-- or at least designed by one. However, from the reviews I read, I decided to go ahead and order from Citiwide Online!

So I ordered my camera, and half a day later the status was changed from "confirmed" to "shipped", and I didn't get any e-mails in regards to the shipment, so I decided to call them. I called several times, and this was 9AM in Hong Kong, so surely someone was at work, right? Well, I got no answer from them, but then decided to e-mail them to obtain a tracking code. Less than an hour later, I got an e-mail with the tracking code, and it was shipped through DHL.

I ordered on the 22nd of April, and received it 27th of April-- now this is pretty good, seeing how it was the ANZAC day weekend, though I can hardly credit Citiwide for that. Great work DHL!

It arrived in superb condition! Was nicely wrapped in bubble wrap, and everything was in the box as it should have been.

So, in a nutshell, I recommend Citiwide Online!
