There is a box on the order for entering extra comments/instructions. I asked that it be send via Aust Post or AAE, as I needed to be able to pick up from my local Post Office. You advertise these as delivery methods used by you. Couriers will only deliver while I am at work. But you ignored this, and sent it with Toll Ipec. Now I will have to take a day off work to receive the item. Very expensive for me. What is the point of allowing the entry of comments if you are going to ignore them?

We never ignore our customer request and comments. However, at this moment, our system not able to let customer chose shipping method.
We will try to improve our system for this type request.
