I purchase a Pet travel cage and paid via paypal. The incorrect item arrived, I immediately (same day) notified ShoppingSquare via Ticket process (only available contact- however Apus is in the white pages). I was then required to take photo as evidence and post on their site. I have requested to keep the incorrect item and receive a refund for this. They were very reluctant to proceed with this option giving me 3 alternatives - 2 at an additional cost to me and the other return the item and wait for the correct one to be sent (after checking several reviews I decided this was not a good option either). Needless to say I am still waiting to receive my refund and will be now trying to remedy through paypal.
