Item arrived to late, I will be in the UK when it arrives. Was supposed to come on the trip with me. Completely incompetent staff. Asked to cancel, instead they sent anyway. I promise you this, I will post on every forum and anywhere where you name comes up and tell about the Bad! service that this place gives and also the fact that they completely ignore customer requests. As I did not get a refund I hope my comments cost you double what you have made from this one transaction. Hopefully more!
