Poor customer Service

Bought a few items from them without incident. Sheets I bought faded in the wash, but hey, clearly most of this stuff is cheap imported stuff, and you get what you pay for. Shipping was super fast on the first few times I ordered.

They redesigned the site to encourage use of paypal, so I used my paypal account, and my account was charged, however they didn't recieve my order. A known problem with their system they said, yet they don't cross check orders with their paypal account.

The items I ordered were on special - and they honored the special price, even though it had gone up after I had to chase them for my order. One product was sold out, unfortunately. And one product arrived faulty.

The faulty item had to be returned to them, at my cost, via registered post, in order for a replacement to be sent. It simply wasn't worth it. I didn't find them very helpful when there was a problem. I won't purchase from them again.
