I phoned to check availability of the product, and the staff were so friendly and helpful that I decided to drive over and collect the dog house myself, even though they quoted me next day delivery for under $10.
The staff really seem to know their stuff, and one of them even carried the kennel to my car for me.
The store is every bit as good as their online shop, and I will definitely order from them in future.
