TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered a PC, external USB HDD, and a spare Power Supply Unit (PSU). Paid immediately via Paypal.
1. Order not dispatched for almost 3 weeks with no notification of delay. PC ad said to 'allow 4 days'.
2. Finally received PC and USB HDD after three weeks. No sign of PSU.
3. PC case was not as pictured in ad. Brand and model of graphics card differed from advertised specifications.
4. Responses to my queries about missing PSU have been:
a. "send a photo" - WHAT THE!? Send a photo of an item I didn't receive??
b. "warehouse says it was sent" - Nice, call me a liar!
c. "we need proof" - so now it's up to me to prove that their warehouse is incompetent before they'll act?

So I still don't have my spare PSU five weeks later. All this heartache for a $40 part. Will NEVER EVER deal with this company again.
