My item never arrived. Its going to be a month now. I don't know what to do, can someone please advise me. I have wasted so much time talking to TNT and dealsdirect. TNT called me many times and told my item will arrive, but it never did. They said they got wrong address from dealsdirect. I talked to dealsdirect, they said TNT was given right address. I emailed dealsdirect/talked to chat representative. Dealsdirect replied back , with below
Thank you for your email. Can you please advise what reason TNT has provided on why they will not deliver the item to you? TNT has advised us that they are happy to deliver the item to you but need an available date. They would like you to call them and arrange a suitable day for delivery.
I emailed them back 3 times, but no reply.
The chat person was so unfriendly and rude too. Their customer service is very bad and a person from TNT too. I never expected this from dealsdirect at all, they being a popular shopping website.
The thing is TNT called me but said they cant really arrange an exact time (I work weekdays and we dont have concierge who could pick up our package), they said the driver will call once he leaves depot, (the drivers dont carry mobile), but they didnt call. This happened 3 times.
Now, me and my girl friend have forgotten the table, and we believe it will never arrive and our money is wasted. Dealsdirect said they cant cancel order, as it has already been shipped.
The bottom line is dealsdirect takes 0 responsibility of orders being shipped. They have no control of TNT (dealsdirect uses TNT for heavy items I believe, in this case a table).

There is no calls from Dealsdirect and TNT for a week and me and my girl friend believe it is a waste of time talking to either of them.
Can someone please tell me how to we can get back our money from dealsdirect

Hi,
As advised in another forum, please send me a private message and we'd be happy to investigate this for you. It sounds a little strange that we would not have replied to your emails so perhaps they never came through to us? Did you receive a ticket id confirming your email was sent?
We'd be happy to look into this for you as this is certainly not a common occurrence.
