Inflexible attitude

I had a very poor customer service experience. I ordered a Samsung monitor and the information on the site implied it didn't come with the DVI cable I required, so I ordered the cable two days later. When the monitor arrived, it turned out it did have the cable (even though it was described as 'optional'). I tried to cancel the separate DVI cable. The day after I posted the site trying to cancel they told me it had already been dispatched. I pointed out I'd bought a monitor, was a regular internet shopper and that I would be willing to cover the cost of returning the cable to them to cancel the order. However they curtly said 'no'. All my communication from them has been terse and impersonal. Clearly they are not interested in building customer relationships but taking the immediate dollar. Given the number of sites that offer the same products, and the economic climate you would think they might make an effort to keep customers happy. Not so.
For me, this sort of rudeness and behaviour is absolute deal breaker.
