No doubt fast delivery after they charged my credit card. Not happy of the followings: - Incorrect items received, not as described on website. - Incorrect invoice after refund, original 3 items and after refund 1 item on receipt. The total cost stayed the same even after refund of 2 items. BecexTech removed the 2 refund items on invoice and added the cost of 3 items as 1 item. I think fraud is a issue here. - Email reply is fast when I place my order, slow when I have problems and need to contact them - No customer support phone number, just email. I am still waiting for my missing items and correct invoice after they agree to post the missing item 3 days ago.

- Incorrect items received, not as described on website. A: There was 1 item incorrect on the description and we corrected this as soon as possible. We also offered a refund.

This is what we advertised when customer contacted us from 'Contact us' Page. When we replied the complain email, we will need sometimes to reply since we have to explain everything and give out the solution. It's not like simple email such as question about item. I believe everyone will agree
- No customer support phone number, just email. A: The reason is stated on FAQ. You do not need to buy if you don't agree :)
I am still waiting for my missing items and correct invoice after they agree to post the missing item 3 days ago. A: Already sent and received registered post # 553750282016
We did our best to fix the problem, however, it's just he was becoming impatience due to initial problem. However, in the end we fixed our problem.
