Let me tell another story which is unresolved yet.
I ordered office chair from DD, and used a few days I realize the spindle is faulty, then I email them and they reply with Reply Paid PDF File. I thought I can use it for refund, but Post office won't accept it.
Then I contact the company via Online Chat, they just try to ignore me, hopeless.
I send email to them they just don't answer my question on Posting back the chair issue I got.
I check the price to post back from private company, it will cost me $160 as the chair can not be dismantled, have to be sent in two boxes.
I was planning to buy another item after, but now I wont do that again. I suggest others don't take the risk buying goods you are not familiar, or something expensive there.
I gotta contact them again, wish I can get a couple of dollars back. really annoying...

it looks like you have just received the incorrect return slip if the chair didn't come via aus post, maybe you need one for an item that was shipped to you by a courier, and the company would also arrange the pickup for you, or if it was delivered by Aus Post, you will have to contact them to find a post office or distribution centre that will accept a parcel that large, definitely contact them again, good luck..
