I payed for and received a faulty wireless mouse,the product was faulty as soon as it was used,faulty straight from the pack,
i contacted deals direct only to be told to contact the supplier,when i did i was sent an email staying to send the product back,if they were not satisfied that the product was faulty i would be billed not only for postage both ways but also an excessive bill for them to check the product out,

why can't deals direct handle there customers instead of palming them off to another company,
i am going to close my account with deals direct along with my family and friends,
think hard before you buy from this company???????????????????????????????????????????????????

As with many other stores, some items sold come with a manufacturers warranty. The main reason for this is that DealsDirect are not product specialists therefore we encourage the customer to contact an expert as many issues can be resolved with troubleshooting which saves having to return an item. We also clearly advertise this as part of the items warranty on the listing which you can view before purchase.

If the item is faulty as you have described, there should be no reason to worry about having the product sent back to you as the information you have provided the manufacturer has made them conclude the item is faulty.
