This is exactly what an online shop should be. The site is nothing too fancy, quite simply an online shop. I'd already done my research so I knew what I wanted before I got there so I haven't really browsed the site much. Price and shipping were reasonable - about 15% cheaper than Harris Technologies and a couple of dollars cheaper than ebay..

Where this company really stands out from the crowd is after sales service and personal contact. Emails got answered quickly, politely (even when I was wrong) and in a friendly manner.. I paid for express delivery of a product that was out of stock - I didn't check availability despite the description saying I should have. My extra payment was refunded within minutes of me asking and no big fuss was made about that fact that I hadn't read the instructions properly - as some people tend to do.

I can highly recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase online. They are trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly be buying from them again..
