Generator arrived broken and they have only offered $20 when the item is unusable and cost $240. My husband it irrate and say's it's a discrace and poor customer service. The generator has broken mounts and housing and cant run, which I have explained but still no more response from Deals Direct. Photos have been supplied to them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if this is their typical customer service response.

I'm sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. Please note you are not obliged to take the $20 rebate offered. This is just an offer as we find many customers prefer a rebate rather than returning the entire item.

If you prefer a refund or a replacement, you simply need to reply to a customer Service member and advise them you do not want the rebate and they will arrange a refund for you.

Hi what brand is it?If it is bellcarroll then half the reason they wont help is because my company and their company no longer do business due to the fact they broke their word to me.as a result they were responsible for all warranty of bellcarroll goods they currently had stock of.My generators are packed well and couriers are very rough but we dont have many broken.however if you go to bellcarroll.com.au and email me I will try to source the parts for you.
