Poor Poor Poor - Dont buy from Shopping Safari

This site should be shut down! After placing my order on the 18th it was placed into back order 24 hrs after making the order. The problem with this was once the item is place on back order you are no longer able to see your order on the site. It looks like you never even place it!!!! After many many support tickets later which they clearly don’t look at (after reading the other reviews) I found a phone number and called them. After talking to the lady on the end of the phone she informed me it was on back order and she would see if she could find some more with the supplier and call me back in 1 hr...........6 hrs later I called her and she told me she had not even checked!! They don’t even try to make them self look good! She put me on hold and contacted the supplier who said they had them in stock. She then told me the item would be shipped out first thing tomorrow morning to arrive before the weekend.......well it’s the following week now and no item or commutation.

Disgraceful!
