Misleading Retailer, worst customer service I've experienced from an online store

Purchased Norton Internet Security 2009 and waited 5 days before emailing as to delivery status. Received an email with down loadable version. Rechecked website and found out that two-thirds through the 500+ word description it states that it's down loadable. Website shows the retail box, description states retail version but NOT that it's downloadable. I guess I should read all fine print but I bought more than 100 products online and have been pretty satisfied. Called Paul who said that it can't be refunded since it's electronic. After a couple more phone calls and emails he offered to exchange for an OEM version. I didn't bother in the end but he could obviously have refunded the misleading product in the first place I would have thought...
