Ridiculous processes

I ordered an LCD television on the 4th January - $1k+ price. My payment was received on the 6th January. No updates or contact from the site until they requested that I verify my own address with a telephone bill, bank statement etc... very strange. I removed account numbers & personal details except my address.

The item wasn't in stock and they still didn't order until they received verification of my address or list next to the item that it was on backorder. I continue to be told "end of next week' every time I call - even if it is the end of the next week...

Apparently warehouse stock levels are a massive problem for this site.

Will not use this store ever again and am in the process of requesting a refund. Let's hope that goes more smoothly, although I'm not holding my breath.
