Bought a few Christmas presents recently. Easy to create the projects. Delivery was quite prompt (items are made OS not Australia despite the company name - although that is in their "about me section". Particularly impressed with the mugs. Some of the other products were a little cheap looking. Had a problem with a clock that didn't work. Responed to emails very quickly and was sent a new working model within another week without any difficulty. Very happy with the customer support. Overall, I was happy with this company and will buy from them again.
