The delivery was quite prompt especially seeing it was during the christmas season. However they sent the right product in an alternative products box which created huge confusion because the products were quite similar. After them requesting me take photos of it, they took 4 days with no explanation and very little communication. When I requested a telephone number so I didnt have to wait a whole day for a vague email response they didnt even respond. Later I had to do extensive research on the product to find out if it was the right product. Turns out it was but I would rather not deal with these people again
