I ordered the product, which was in stock and had a delivery time of 2 -3 working days, within plenty of time for Christmas and it took them 6 days just to acknowledge that they had received my money and that the product had left the warehouse. And on the email they sent me, the link to track the order was either incorrect or bogus and their actual website has conveniently closed down for Christmas!! So now it is Christmas Eve, I'm $1700 down with no gift for my parents and I head back overseas in 2 days - whilst the only way I can contact this online company apparently doesn't re-open until the 5th of January next year!
This site is dodgy and I will probably be contacting Consumer Affairs!!
