I order three parcels to be sent to my work for an office xmas party at first the items were sent back to the warehouse due to me not putting the level in the address (there is only one company in my building) so after "chatting" to the Customer "service( if thats what u call it)" people online i managed to get 2 of the parcels delivered before the xmas party (even though they were all resent at the same time???) and now a month later i still have not received my parcel. I have emailed 7 times to the customer service asking for a reply and they keep closing the case with out responding i chat online with them and they tell me to email!!! the say one thing then don't do it they wont refund it to me because sum guy called P walker signed for it (i have no idea who p walker is he does not work for my company) they said they would lodge a investigation with auspost but still no response WORST COMPANY EVER NEVER USE THEM EVER .... IM OF TO THE ACCC!!!!!!!!!!! HATE THEM!

I'm a Customer Service rep at DealsDirect.com.au. I'm sorry to hear of your experience.

Unfortunately, when Australia Post notify us that an item has been signed for, we do require an investigation to be submitted before anything further can be done. It is also Australia Post's requirement that a full address be provided for business addresses as unfortunately, they will sometimes not even attempt delivery to the business if the address is incomplete. (in their eyes)

I do understand your frustrations however we do need to ensure the matter is investigated before we can take further action. I'm also sorry to hear you were having trouble with our Live Chat service. Did you conduct the chat during business hours? If it was ourside of business hours, we have sales staff on that do not have the ability to submit investigations regrettably.

Well Im also having trouble returning a faulty product with deals direct. They have sent me an email stating return of product is approved and that another email will follow shortly. A day has passed and 2 emails written requesting the return details so I may return the faulty product but still no answer. I have used deals direct on a number of occasions without any problems, but it appears if you have a faulty product or an undelivered product there service in this dept is sub standard. If I do not manage to get email advising me of return details I will also be heading to the ACCC and never using there business again.

I have sent item back to deals direct that where damaged, they will not return my emails or have not contacted me regarding the refund, I will never deal with them again and it's a business like Deal direct that give net shopping a bad reputation.
Deals Direct Get a pH number / I now why you don't.
