Poor customer Service

The worst customer service manager I have ever come across. Rude, Aggressive and non helpful. I have demanded a refund which was granted upon request but will definitely tell my family and friends not to shop with such incompetent service and management. Be prepared to be put on hold for a long period of time when calling this manager only to be passed onto a colleague who will pass messages from yourself to this manager and back. Listen out for the speech- he is only TRYING TO HELP you when you ask to speak to someone else, His attitude will change when you ask to speak to a real manager.
