mwave seem to depend upon the goodwill of individual staff rather than generally astute customer service. I ordered 2 external cases - 1 in stock, the other needing to go on order. After sporadic email communications over delivery of the out-of-stock item, I was eventually informed that it was no longer in production. After the first couple of emails I had to initiate all contact. Note at this point, no alternative or solution was offered - I guess because my credit card had already been charged. I eventually cancelled the order - by phone as no replies to email were forthcoming. I had to call up again to remind them to put the refund through... It would have been so easy to have kept me happy - for such a small order too. oh well.
