Product came with Asian power plug.

I purchased a Queen Size woollen underblanket from Crazysales.com.au. Instead I had delivered a Double Bed one. This business does not have any phone number to contact, so I had to resort to emailing from their home page. I received a response 'asking' me to take photos of the product and the packaging, then asked to download a form to fill in, print it out, put the form with the DB Woollen underblanket and return it to them. Why should I as a consumer have to do all this running around, not to mention not 'EVERYONE' has a digital camera or printer.

I emailed CrazySales again saying that as a consumer who DID NOT make the mistake in the first instance if they could please courier the correct one out to me and I would hand the other one to the courier.

Received another email stipulating if I could follow the procedure as above.

This company has no understanding of customer service and I am reporting them to the Communication Ombudsman.
